In the town of Ste-Anne-d'Auray.
Saint Anne is the patron saint of Brittany. This basilica dates from the 19th century, and sits within a large compound along with a variety of monuments, memorials, and gardens. |

This flag hangs in the War Memorial adjacent to the basilica. Walls over 200 metres long are inscribed with the names of those lost in war. The walls enclose a large expanse of lawns and paved walks. | |
